At Elite MRI of Michigan we have some of the most talented radiologists in the Metro Area with sub-specialty expertise in advanced MRI Imaging.

Kevin Carter, D.O.

Dr. Carter is a board certified subspecialized fellowship trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist.   He has special interests and advanced training in the imaging of bones and joints, particularly in the areas of sports injuries as well as bone tumors.  He received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his radiology residency at Michigan State University-Pontiac Division where he served as chief resident.  He completed his fellowship (an additional year of specialty training) at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School.  He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, American Osteopathic College of Radiology, the Society of Skeletal Radiology, and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. Dr. Carter currently serves as a board examiner and is the Musculoskeletal Section Chair of the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.

Eric-Stover-DO

Eric Stover, D.O.

Dr. Eric Stover joined the staff of Kellam and Associates in 2013. He is board certified in Radiology and his special interests include magnetic Resonance Imaging (particularly relating to neurological and musculoskeletal concerns) and Sports Medicine. He performed multiple special procedures including; arthrography, steroid hip and bursal injections, as well as multiple other interventional radiology procedures.

Dr. Stover graduated from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan with a bachelors of science degree in biology and chemistry. He earned a degree in osteopathic medicine at Michigan State University and completed both an internship and residency in diagnostic radiology at McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. He also completed a fellowship in General Diagnostic MRI at Michigan State University.

 

Adam Schwaderer, D.O.

Dr. Schwaderer has been with the practice since 2011 following his fellowship in body imaging from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. In addition to cross sectional imaging, he is interested in PET/CT, woman’s imaging and ultrasound. Dr. Schwaderer graduated from Ferris State University with a Pharm.D., then went on to receive his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and diagnostic radiology residency at Michigan State University-Pontiac Division. Dr. Schwaderer is board certified by the American Osteopathic College of Radiology.

Lindsay Kirk, DO

Dr. Kirk joined Kellam and Associates in 2015. She is a neuroradiologist with special interests in head and neck. Dr. Kirk was raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a diagnostic radiology residency through McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Kirk is board certified by the American Osteopathic College of Radiology and also has her CAQ in neuroradiology.

Kenneth P. Tarr, D.O., FAOCR

The senior-most physician and current CEO of Kellam & Associates, Dr. Tarr joined the group in 1987. He is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and has enjoyed 25+ years experience in all modalities including Women’s Imaging, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and MRI. He is accomplished in all basic interventional procedures such as Fine Needle and core biopsy, catheter drainage of the Breast, Chest, Body and Musculoskeletal system.

He is the former Chief of Staff at Mclaren- Lapeer Region Hospital, current serving at the Chair of the Physician Quality Committee and as a Trustee to the Board of Directors.

He served as the Chest examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology for 16 years, the last year as Chairman of that examining board.

He is an Indiana native but moved to Michigan after meeting his wife of 25+ years in Medical School.

He enjoys travel, photography, and Life.

Dr Booth final

Kristin Booth, D.O.

Dr. Booth joined Kellam and Associates in 2014 following her fellowship in Women’s Imaging at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. In addition to general mammography and breast ultrasound, she has special interests in breast MRI and PET/CT. Dr. Booth was born and raised in Rochester, Michigan and did her undergraduate work at Michigan State University. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a diagnostic radiology residency through McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan.  Dr. Booth is board certified by the American Osteopathic College of Radiology.
